Dr. O.A Oyeleye is a seasonal educationist of repute. He started his educational career as a young nursery school teacher in September 1985 at God’s Will Nursery & Primary School, Itire, Lagos, Nigeria. His passion for education as a career propelled him to undergo various seminars and courses in Education. He has taught in various schools in Lagos State, both Private and Public.
In 1991, he secured admission into the popular Lagos State University to study English Language in the Faculty of Education. His four years programme in the University enabled him to delve into various studies in Education- History of Education; Philosophy of Education; Educational psychology; and Educational Management. In the year 2001, he proceeded to the University of Lagos, Akoka for his Masters Degree programme in English Language.
In 1998, he co-established the popular El-Crystal Star Schools with his wife, Rosemary. The school started as a Nursery School in the year. About twelve members of staff were employed at the take-off.
With the rapid expansion of the school and the general acceptance the school started enjoying from the members of the public, the motivation to start the college was yielded to.
By September, 2002, El-Crystal Star College took off under the charismatic leadership of Dr. Oyeleye. Qualified and seasoned teachers were employed for the qualitative delivery of academic excellence. The men and women, the school has produced are scattered all over the country in their various career endeavors.
As it stands today, El-Crystal Star group of Schools has three branches in Lagos, the fourth one taking off in Ogun State on a two-acre of land in the next session.
Dr. Oyeleye is a teacher, an educationist, an administrator, a motivation speaker and a minister of the gospel. He holds PhD in Christian Theology from INDEPENDENT CHRISTIAN COLLEGES & SEMINARIES in U.S.A
